Williamson + Maury CountyOur home market. Spring Hill straddles the Williamson and Maury county line along US-31, and growth has roughly doubled the population since 2010. Most calls come from Wades Grove, Campbell Station, Spring Hill Place, Crowne Pointe, and Benevento East where post-2018 builds reveal drainage issues in their first rainy season.

Williamson CountyThompson's Station sits just north of Spring Hill along US-31 and Bear Creek Pike. Similar Maury silt loam profile, similar fragipan layer, similar new-construction grading issues. Custom homes on larger lots in the Tollgate Village and Bridgemore Village areas often need foundation perimeter drainage from day one.

Maury CountyColumbia is the Maury County seat, about 15 miles south of Spring Hill on US-31. The river bottom soils near the Duck River have different drainage characteristics than the upland Maury silt loam, and we adjust the system design accordingly. Historic neighborhoods near downtown often need interior or crawlspace drainage rather than yard work.

Williamson CountyFranklin sits north of Spring Hill on the I-65 corridor. Older neighborhoods like Westhaven and Cool Springs typically need crawlspace and foundation drainage retrofits. Newer subdivisions further south share the same fragipan-driven yard ponding pattern we see in Spring Hill.
